B.Tech Civil Engineering is a four- year Undergraduate programme leading to the Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering equips our graduates with fundamental civil engineering knowledge, a broad set of skills, and an inquisitive attitude. The BTech degree program is designed to offer depth in civil engineering technicalities along with the flexibility to select elective courses that meet students' interests and expose them to the breadth of civil engineering specialties.

Eligibility Criteria

A pass in 10 + 2 (Class XII) or its equivalent examination with minimum 60% aggregate of marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and with not less than 55% individually in each of these three subjects.

Admission Details

Admissions to B.tech programs in Amrita are based on ranks secured in either Amrita Entrance Exam (AEEE) or JEE Mains.
70% of the seat allotment will be through AEEE and 30% through JEE Mains.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is at its best thus attracting the students to join the college. On the other hand naturally the climate also helps bring in more students.Laboratories are equipped with newly upcoming technology.It has a very good and feasible structure allowing us students to overcome our fears and concentrate on students skills.They also help us develop in not only studies but also other activities like sports.

College Infrastructure

Regarding the above, the only thing lacking is new age laboratory instruments like digital universal testing machine & Digital Consolidation testing apparatus. We still do have the analog counterparts but, considering it to be an A grade University with high tuition fees this is a downside. We do not have any specialized labs for Transportation Engineering if that's what you are looking for.
