Arignar Anna Institute of Science and Technology (AAIST) offers six B.Tech/BE programmes at the undergraduate level in engineering, namely, BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and B.Tech in information Technology. AAIST Kancheepuram admission process for these engineering programmes is based on the qualifying examination (10+2) and the entrance examination held within the state for admission purposes. The total intake of students in the institute is 873, distributed among the above six programmes.
