Army Institute of Management and Technology has a placement cell. The AIMT Greater Noida placement cell helps in the placement of the final-year students. The cell also provides placement training to ensure the successful placement of the students. Army Institute of Management and Technology placement training involves industrial tours, guest lectures from industries and skill development programmes from the industry experts. Various corporate seminars and workshops are also organised to keep the students updated about the current industry trends. The cell also provides internship assistance. The summer internship continues from the second week of June to July. 

Army Institute of Management and Technology placement is conducted on-campus. The placement of the institute is coordinated by the faculty members and student representatives. AIMT Greater Noida placement process involves registration of the interested students, pre-placement talks, submission of resumes and shortlisting, interview and final offers. The pre-placement talk is generally initiated between the months of October and December. After that, companies are slotted to conduct their final selection process. The cell also provides facilities like conference rooms, presentation rooms and telecommunication facilities for smooth conduct of the placement process.
