48 MonthsBachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.
Eligibility Criteria
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
Admission Details
- Through KCET - Students domiciled in Karnataka for 7 years or more through a Common Entrance Test conducted by the KEA.
- Through COMED K - Through a Common Entrance Test conducted by COMED-K
- For Management Quota - Admissions purely on the basis of merit (Marks scored in PCM in the + 2/PUC Examination) and individual Counseling.
- Admissions open on 1st Feb and close on 30th July/earlier (Subject to availability of seats).
