24 MonthsMaster of Computer Application (MCA) is a two-year full-time postgraduate program offered by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, and Approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
Passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree. OR Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University). Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
Admission Details
- Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) is conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) which is a gateway exam to various PG courses offered by the top Private (Aided & Un-Aided)/Government Institutions in July / August.
50% of the total intake is allotted through PGCET - Admission formalities start in the month of April/May every year. Students with PGCET / K-MAT Score are advised to visit Admission Office located in the campus
