BRD Medical College Gorakhpur Facilities

Baba Raghav Das Medical College, Gorakhpur provides many infrastructural facilities to the students and faculty such as a hospital to fulfill the medical needs of the students, separate hostels for boys and girls, library with a rich collection of books, an auditorium that can be used to conduct extracurricular activities. Various other facilities like a lecture theatre, examination hall, wi-fi, etc are also available.

Boys Hostel
The college has Boys Hostels:453 rooms. Rajendra Hostel for junior boy students. Gautam Hostel for senior boy students and male interns. New UG Hostel 151 beds.
Girls Hostel
The college has Girls Hostels:151 rooms. Sarojini Hostel for junior girl students. Indira Hostel for senior girl students and female interns
Medical/Hospital
The college has Nehru Hospital a G+3 level 700 bedded hospital, with an additional 108 beds in the epidemic ward. It accommodates various departments of clinical subjects, X-ray facilities, central registration of patients (indoor and outdoor), emergency services, intensive care unit, epidemic ward, blood bank, drug distribution center, ART and VCTC Centre for treatment and diagnosis of HIV-positive patients, DOTS and microscopy center for diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis patients, and 1 Lecture Theatre (seating capacity=450). The hospital also manages a diagnostic center as a public-private partnership for advanced investigations like computerized tomography scan (CT Scan) and Doppler ultrasound.

The college has a library facility for all students.

The college has the sports facilities for all students.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Cafeteria
The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
Transport Facility
The college has a transport facility for students and staff.
Wifi
The college has Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.
Classrooms
This college block is a G+3 level building that accommodates the Principal Office, Finance Office, Lecture Theatres (seating capacity=150 each), Examination Hall, and various pre-clinical, and para-clinical departments.
Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

College Infrastructure

Yes everything is awesome here , great infrastructure and faculties support us in each and every time whether it's study or in cultural events. Separate hostel for men and women and the best part of the college is about the location

College Infrastructure

It is very old college and one of the most premier colleges for medical in UP East as well as in India too. It has very good classrooms and very good labs. The class strength is around 60 students per batch and it has almost good and neat and clean hostels..

Hi there,

Looking at the tags I suppose you are asking about the closing rank of BRD Medical College, Gorakhpur. It is a government medical college in UP.

Last year the closing rank for a ST category candidate was 69,297 where marks were 522 in second round of the counselling
