The college academics are good like i am pursuing B.Tech in Information technology branch from the college and that branch faculties was good in teaching their subjects
The curriculum is updated and all the latest studies and information included
The study of the college makes you job-ready and a well maintained student
College Infra
The college infrastructure was not very good but the college was working on it
The some facilities are good but some are not but the best thing is that the college was improving all the facilities day by day
Classroom are clean , libraries and books are well maintained sports center are good
Placements
Placement are good since some years but at the past time the records of the placement was not good as well
Nearly 80% students got placed through the campus and good companies they get
The highest salary package offered was 14 lacs for the Computer Science and Information technology branch

Academics
Statistics, Marketing management,english ,mathematics,finance and Hr subjects were taught during my time and it is quite a bit updated reakred to that time market.The faculties were also well knowledgable .
College Infra
The library was quite large and enough books were there . There was no ac in the classroom and there was no smart classroom. Wifi is there in college but speed is ok. It was hygienic throughout the campus
Campus Life
Location was a bit backward . There was not that much if well connectivity of public transport . public transport costs were very high specially the auto fares were like double.Faculty’s were supportive
Placements
Around 3 to 3.5 lakh is the placement records for our batch. The companies were British Telecom,Whitehat Jr ,Wipro and Tcs and Infosys. Highest package is 5 lakh and job toles were mainly HR , executive and Business Development Associates.
Value For Money
The course fee per year was Rs 50 thousand. hostel fees was also 50k per year.It was ok for the amount i have paid at that time because the placements were good according to ROI.The placement procedure was quite smooth .

Academics
Courses are completed before semester end internal exams are conducted on timely labs and classes are conducted regularly overall college is good for low fee and good study. Our teacher are very helpful in order to provide knowledge some of our teacher are very experienced and qualified semester exams are bit harder because you don't know from where the question is come some times max. Questions come from one chapters the passing percentage is above 40% .
College Infra
All the medical facilities are available, and sports and games are very good. Wi-Fi is available. Classrooms are clean and all facilities provided in the library are available. There are messes in hostels, and the quality of the food is too good. I urge all students to join this college.
Placements
Our top recruiting companies are Publicizes Sapient, TCS and many more. The highest package at our college is 24 LPA. Walmart Global is paying a high package at our college. When our college placement rate is above 90%, students get their dream company.

See both the colleges are of similar kind. Both the colleges have better placements rates as well as they are in the list of most famous colleges in WB for Engineering. Now if you observe minutely then DR.BC ROY ENGINEERING college will be bit better compared to that of BCET.
