In order to qualify for the admission process at VIMS Pavapuri the applicants must obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the NEET entrance exam.According to NEET 2019 the opening and closing ranks for first round of counselling is 159 - 3131( general), 32939 - 43468 (SC) , 60941 - 60941(ST).The cutoff marks required will depend on the NEET exam.You could make use of the rank predictors for estimating the ranks by entering the expected score.

As you said you have scored 383 marks in NEET and you want to take admission in VIMS  in Bihar.  So dear student I am very sorry telling you that even thiuth you have SC category quota still it will not be possible for you to get admission in that College as the last seat to be filled is by 429 marks and you have less marks than that . So I hope you understand.

As far as last year statistics is concerned, the opening rank for Vardhman institute of medical sciences was AIR - 196 and closing rank was AIR - 8387, for general open category students.

I do not think so that you will be able to get VIMS through AIQ counselling.

If you still want to try then I will suggest you to sit for state counselling for 85% state quota seats but there also, being a general category students, chances of your admission is very less.

As per your said marks and the last year cut off trend you have chance to grab seat in vardhman medical college.

Last year the closing marks for sc category under state quota for the vardhman medical college was 371. But merit changes every year and you are on almost border so you have chance to grab seat but sure.
