The College library is a HUB of must inferential and academic activities of the Institute. Bharti is a chain of different institutions in one arena, a Goal-oriented, independent institution. The campus provides an ideal study environment, with the latest collection of Indian and foreign Authors. The air-cooled centralized library is enriched and is located in a lush green environment and boasts over 7500 books, four periodicals, and 20 national and international journals.

The College Computer Lab provides computing facilities and support to meet the research, academic, and administrative requirements of Bharti, and manage the institute's gateway to the internet. The computer center is integrated with the latest network technology available in the market, Windows Server 2003, Unix/Linux. All labs in the institute are on LAN and the institute has its own tower for internet services, which is providing WI-FI service.

The Institute has a total air condition seminar hall with a capacity of around 200 people. It is the ideal venue for seminars by corporate, nonprofit government organizations, and professional association members to talk and deliver lectures to the students of our college to provide them a better and closer insight into the working of their different fields.

Bharti hostels are well equipped and rooms are well furnished with single/double/triple occupancy. All rooms of hostels are furnished with beds, study tables, wardrobes. Its mess provides good quality food at cooperative rates. The hostels have Ward-boys (for Boys) besides female and male wardens who look after the students round the clock.

The College canteen is located in the institute's premises offering hygienically cooked food and snacks at reasonable prices to the students and faculty with excellent seating arrangements available to get refresh during the Breaks provided.

The Institute provides all kinds of outdoor activities and encourages students to take part in games and sports to ensure their all-around development.

The College Bus facility for the students, faculty, and employees from all over the Meerut city. The services are made available at a very nominal fee.

Bharti aims at the all-around development of student's personalities. To develop not only the mental but also physical aspect of the students under the guidance of experienced instructors. The largest area of student involvement comes through the extensive range of activities provided by the club and Societies. Bharti has several clubs and societies for recreation, fitness, and mental stimulation and has collaborated with various Gym.

The College Checkup by an experienced and qualified doctor is done for students on regular basis, and also in the event of sudden illness or accident students get immediate first-aid and necessary care in the college or hostel.
