honestly the infra at bhawanipur is insane it literally feels like walking into a mall or a hotel sometimes rather than a college. literally everywhere is fully air conditioned which is a lifesaver in kolkata summers and the classrooms have smartboards though sometimes they lag a bit. the library is huge and super chill for studying or just hanging out and the indoor sports arena is top tier with a turf and pool tables. canteen food is strictly veg but honestly really cheap and tasty. the only major downside is the campus size is way too small so dont expect any big open grounds or football fields it gets pretty cramped during fests and stuff and yeah there's no hostel so you gotta find a pg nearby if ur not from the city but overall its definitely one of the best looking indoor campuses around

the academics at bhawanipur are surprisingly solid especially if ur doing bcom or bba since its known as a major commerce hub. a lot of the profs are actually practicing cas or cs professionals so they really know their stuff and are super chill and approachable if you have doubts. since its under calcutta university the syllabus is pretty vast and exams can get kinda tough but the teachers give great notes and use the smartboards well to make things easier. the best part is the flexible shift timings like having a morning batch from 6 to 10 am which is a total lifesaver if ur prepping for professional courses or internships on the side. the cutoffs to get in arent crazy high so the crowd is a mix but the teachers really push everyone to do well and treat you great if you actually attend classes regularly and show some effort so overall its a really good balance of chill college life and serious studies

the placements at bhawanipur are a mixed bag but it makes sense considering its mostly an undergrad college. the placement cell is pretty active and they do bring in big names like tcs deloitte pwc and ey which is good but the reality is only a small percentage of students actually sit for placements and get hired since a huge chunk of the crowd is already prepping for ca cs or planning to do their mba later. for the ones who do get placed the packages are pretty average usually hovering around 3 to 4 lpa for bcom and bba grads though some smart kids pull off 9 or 10 lpa if their skills are really good. if ur from arts or general science don't expect much from campus hiring at all. they do help with internships and workshops to build your resume but overall if ur main goal is just a high paying job right after graduation you really gotta grind on your own outside of what the college offers

whether bhawanipur is value for money or not really depends on what ur looking to get out of it. the fees for courses like bcom or bba are usually around 3 to 4 lakhs for the whole degree which is honestly pretty reasonable compared to some of the private unis out there charging double for way less. for that price ur getting insane air conditioned infrastructure flexible class timings and a really solid environment to prep for ca cs or other competitive exams which is what most of the crowd is doing anyway. but if ur expecting massive return on investment purely through campus placements you are probably gonna be disappointed since the average packages arent anything great unless ur in the top tier of students. basically if u want a comfortable college life with good facilities while you figure out your own career hustle or further studies on the side its 100 percent worth the money but if ur looking for a guaranteed high paying job right out the gate you might want to rethink it

Campus life at bhawanipur is probably the main reason half the people even take admission there. it literally never gets boring because theres always some event or fest happening like literally every other day. they have these things called knowledge circles which are basically clubs for everything from stock market trading to fashion shows theatre music and debate so its super easy to find your crowd and stay busy. their main fest umang is massive and they even bring in big celebs but since the campus is so small it gets insanely cramped and chaotic during fest days which kinda sucks. the canteen is basically the ultimate hangout spot where everyone just chills between classes and the crowd is super social so making friends is really easy. the only downside is there arent many open green spaces to just sit and relax but if you love being involved in extracurriculars and want a super happening college life youll absolutely love it here

Had an amazing 3 years at Bhawanipur. The infra is modern and it gives you a feel of mall or some 5 star hotel . It has all the amenities and even lifts which can be used by the students.Overall infrastructure is too good.

Professors are well qualified. Even some of them are professionals like CA or CS. While some are phd holders with multiple books published on their name.It has mixture of both old and young facilities

Needs to be enhanced. But this is actually not a concern or problem of the college . As placements for bcom are generally low be it any college. Apart from that , the dean also motivates students to be an entrepreneur instead of working under any boss.

Completely value for money as there will plenty of extra curricular activities as well where you can build your carrier. Although most of the colleges in Kolkata are less expensive but the crowd and facilities Bhawanipur has , i don't think any other colleges in Kolkata has this.

Campus is amazing. Just the size is small.Everything is there canteen, indoor sports arena , library, seminar halls, basketball court. But it has no grounds like other colleges but to that should not be a major concern.

Overall , one of the best colleges in Kolkata. If you are willing to spend some good amount then you can definitely choose Bhawanipur as it not only focuses on academics but extra curricular activities as well. Every next day you will see some of other seminar happening which you can be a part of . Overall you will get a very enriching and enjoyable experience at Bhawanipur.

It’s amazing better than most of the colleges in Kolkata. It has good facilities including clean toilets and water apart from that we have good playing area and library along with big for hall rooms .

It’s good we cover most of the topics in class faculties are good they make concepts easier they provide with pdfs and soft copies of all the notes which is again a plus point for anyone who is planning good

It’s good if you have enough skills and also if you have completed internships and have a good cgpa scores skills matter more than marks but marks are important too for students to get a good package

The college does have good infrastructure just like it promises. The facilities in classrooms and laboratories are okay, there's no Wi-Fi for the students but for college related works which is obvious like for smart boards. The smart boards could be a bit better with it's functioning, sometimes they take a lot of time to start. The computer lab is also good with a huge number of machine to work with but sometimes they are not upgraded equally which leads to confusion while working apart from that they're great. One thing about the lifts, there are 4 lifts and only 2 are for students but one mostly remains shut. And the other one is slow and by the time it arrives it might take your 10-15mins that creates a lot of crowd. Otherwise the college is very well maintained. The food is veg here but the variety of food is totally extraordinary. Being a hygiene maintainance myself I personally like the food here and it tastes too good.

Bhawanipur Education Society College is one of the best colleges if you want wide variety of exposure in different fields along with academics. I am studying BBA Hons The academics are good. Teachers are helpful and there are truly some good teachers. The curriculum is updated and as per the current requirements. However the degree here does not make you job ready much.

As per I have heard, the college is not very known for providing placements but they do have internship programs. The placement percentages are bery low and apparently only theoretical knowledge and exams can't make you job ready.

The college is value for money I must say. Apart from the placement thing, the amount it charges and the things it offers are at par. It costs 50k every semester almost.

The campus life is good. The college offers good amount of co-curricular activities, it has societies for theatre, singing, dancing, public speaking and many others. It also offers a lot of course mostly ranging from ₹1500 to above. Most of them are under 2k. And if you pass in them, then the fees get refunded.

My college has have all the necessary facilities and equipment and we are aree provided with all the facilities and amenities, all the places are clean, hygienic and food is edible and superb in taste.

I am studying BBA(hons) and the quality of teaching is very good and advanced and the curriculum is updated and it includes all the development in the fields of Business world. BBA course help in everything

Placement is okay, very less percentage of student get placed. The highest salary which was offered was very less and the the average salary offered is 3- 4 lakhs. Yes our college is supportive and helps in placement

Yes, it is value for money money because we get lots of exposure and it also focuses on our academic excellence. I am paying 1Lakh per year, In which other and extra fees are included and its worth paying

Our college is full of a dream college consisting all the necessary labs and immense big halls which is basically used for events and orientation.The sports ground is too good where all people can come and learn.

The department i have choosen is great there will the faculties.They are immensely supportive and they use to guide us entirely. Our college gives explosure.It creates smartness inside people and led immense.

The placement is not great yet.People gets higher study ao they didnt think as well for the placement as they only do the bachelors here.So its not a demanded one.But basic student for bachelors is nice place.

Obviously for a hood range of money they take good care of the subject as well so they guide us in that way .the exposure is so important which makes people smart and focused .It learns the people in and out

As a student at BESC, I really love the college infrastructure. The classrooms are well-maintained and equipped with modern facilities, the library has a great collection of resources, and the campus offers excellent sports and extracurricular facilities. We have one of the best canteens. Its extremely hygienic and clean.

The teachers are completely well-versed with the course and have excellent teaching style! In BBA the teachers are extremely helpful and provide us with so much of information and give us so much confidence as well. The faculty is also well aware of the updated developments and do help us to understand them better

I do not know much about placements but the most that I have heard is that the placements are good though it maybe a little difficult. There are many placement drives that our college organizes to the students on the market to try their luck

The infrastructure of our college is very impressive. I specially like the sixth floor of my college, which include library, Jubilee Hall, placement hall and concept hall. The interior of the six floors halls are extremely beautiful. The interior of the library are so beautiful and provide a peaceful environment for studying. overall, the sixth floor has a modern and Premier look. The canteen is also well maintained and attractive. In our college, there is a sports Arena and Turf. In each Classroom there are 3 to 4 Air conditioner and one digital board in board in every class room.

The academic environment of our college is very supportive and student friendly. The college is well known for the bba honours program in West Bengal and the quality of education provide here is excellent. The faculty members are highly knowledgeable experience and always ready to help student with their studies and career guidance

I have never sit in placement but as i heard from my senior the placement of our college is goods many company company comes in our college and Student get placement in good company with good amount of package
