Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering is a four-year full-time course offered by Jharkhand University of Technology, Ranchi and approved by All India Council for Technical Education.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicant must have passed I.Sc. / 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject and He/She has obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. [I.Sc. / 10+2 or equivalent examination appearing candidate may also apply but he/she will have to pass before the date of Counselling

Admission Details

Admissions to all B.Tech programs are made through Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) conducted by JCECE Board constituted by Govt of Jharkhand. Lateral entry to diploma holders in engineering and technology is made in the 3rd semester through competitive examination conducted separately for them. The number of seats through lateral entry in all branches are 10% of the normal seats.

Yes our college had all necessary infrastructure all 10 departments have their own building facilities are also good also.only problem is that it is of oldish type that means it is in developing condition but right that buildings of 1949 o think after few year it.

Good campus, value for money.Good ROI. Outstanding in value for money Campus life is average. If anyone from middle class family then sure he should go for this college. The basic required things for study are fulfilled here.

College Infrastructure

The college have all the modern facilities including modernised classrooms laboratories a central library and sports ground. They all are used and well maintained. All the living spaces are cleaned regularly.
