A place to grow, learn, excel while having fun

College is funded by top industrialists of the nation. The college equipment and infrastructure are up to the mark and sometimes better than IITs. The sports centre is outdated. Gym is outdated. The football field, cricket, and basketball courts are great. The library is a bit small compared to Manipal University Jaipur, but it is good enough. we can get books on demand. Hostels are bad, tho. But I guess Academics are top-notch; you will have to compromise somehow.

Bits Pilani Technology provides various facilities to its students. The WI-Fi campus houses a centrally air-conditioned library that remains open until 8 pm on all days. Apart from this, the institute has a separate hostel for boys and girls with good food quality in the messes and canteens.

Candidates seeking admission shall first check the course-specific eligibility criteria. Eligible students can further fill out the application form for the respective course/or the required examination.
BITS Hyderabad offers admission to BTech/BE/BPharm/MSc courses is based on merit in BITSAT [BITS Admission test]. Candidates qualifying for the exam are further called for counselling.

Students at BITS Hyderabad can choose from a variety of curricula and receive attractive packages for employment in reputable companies. The placement process at BITS Hyderabad begins with the institute sending out invitations to firms for the placement drive, and the companies then choose individuals based on their placement procedures. The placement drive is held twice a year by the institute, from August to November and January to April. BITS Hyderabad Pilani has a stellar placement history.

Hello Naaz,
No, you cannot get admission to BITS directly. The direct admission procedure is for the board toppers. Others have to take up the BITSAT Exam.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Passed 10+2 examination from a recognised board with at least 60% in aggregate and must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and scored an aggregate of 75% marks in PCM.
ADMISSION PROCESS:
- Candidates have to fill an online application form on the official website of the institute.
- Candidates have to appear for the BITSAT exam.
- Cutoff is released on the basis of BITSAT examination.
- Candidates meeting the cut off are eligible for further admission process.
- Eligible candidates have to appear for the counselling round.
- Candidates must choose the Hyderabad campus and their choice of stream for studying.
- Candidates are only offered seats in a particular course after they have verified their documents and paid the admission fees.
