Academics
I chose B.Arch because I enjoy designing spaces and wanted a career that combines creativity with technical knowledge. The faculty at BMSCA is experienced and gives good guidance during design juries and projects. The course is challenging but provides strong exposure to architectural design, theory and practical work.
College Infra
BMS College of Architecture has a well-designed campus that suits the needs of architecture students. The studios are spacious enough for regular project work, and the college has a useful library, computer facilities and other academic resources. The overall campus is clean and the facilities are generally maintained well.
Campus Life
Campus life is a good mix of academics, creativity and social activities. Students often work together on projects, which helps build friendships and teamwork. There are workshops, competitions and cultural events throughout the year. The Bengaluru location is another advantage, as the college is well connected and easy to reach.
Placements
The placement experience is decent for architecture, with students getting opportunities through architectural firms, internships and professional contacts. I am studying B.Arch because I have always been interested in buildings, design and creative work. The faculty is experienced and generally gives helpful feedback during design projects. The course is demanding but provides a good combination of theory, studio work and practical learning, which helps students develop their architectural skills.
College Infra
BMS College of Architecture has good infrastructure for students, especially the design studios and academic spaces. The classrooms, library and computer facilities are useful for regular work, while the studios provide a good environment for projects and model-making. Most facilities are maintained properly and the campus is comfortable overall.
Campus Life
Campus life is quite enjoyable, especially because architecture students work closely with each other on projects and presentations. There are cultural events, competitions and other activities to participate in. The faculty and students are generally friendly, and the Bengaluru location is convenient with good public transport and plenty of facilities nearby.
