Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate who has passed 10 + 2 patterns of examination (equivalent to the two years Pre University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination is eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at CITECH.
The eligibility for admission is 45% in the case of the General Category and 40% marks in the qualifying examination in the case of SC/ST, Category-1, and OBC Category candidates. The marks obtained by the candidate in Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics in the qualifying examination will be considered in the place of Chemistry in case the marks obtained in Chemistry is less for the required aggregate percentage for determination of eligibility (and not for determination of rank, in respect of engineering/technology courses).

Well-maintained hostels, a hygienic cafeteria, and sports facilities further enhance the student experience.

College is pretty great with infrastructure as we have decent classrooms, Toilets Lecture hall Auditorium The newly built blocks are also a part of our college which will be used for various projects and classes

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is really good. It has so many research labs, big group to enjoy. Has canteens and mess, sports room. Also a big ground for outdoor sports like cricket, throw ball, and also has football court and basketball court.
