Eligibility Criteria

A candidate who has passed 10 + 2 patterns of examination (equivalent to the two years Pre University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination is eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at CITECH.
The eligibility for admission is 45% in the case of the General Category and 40% marks in the qualifying examination in the case of SC/ST, Category-1, and OBC Category candidates. The marks obtained by the candidate in Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics in the qualifying examination will be considered in the place of Chemistry in case the marks obtained in Chemistry is less for the required aggregate percentage for determination of eligibility (and not for determination of rank, in respect of engineering/technology courses).

“The college campus has well-maintained infrastructure with spacious classrooms equipped with smart boards and projectors, updated computer and science labs, and a large library that supports academic research. The hostel has clean rooms and hygienic mess with 24×7 water supply, and the campus has good Wi-Fi coverage and sports facilities available for students. Routine maintenance keeps the campus clean and safe.”

College Infrastructure

We have great Wi-Fi and the best library. Around 33000 books are available in our library also each and every classroom has a digital board for teaching. The hostel has many facilities like a lift, washing machines, and hot water. The food is good and they make a variety of items daily. We have a football court, badminton court, and indoor games. If there is any issue regarding our health then immediate action is taken.
