Students who have successfully fulfilled the eligibility requirements can apply for CDLSIET admissions. As of now, CDLSIET admissions are only offered at the undergraduate level in BTech degree. CDLSIET BTech Admission Process
Students interested in studying BTech courses at CDLSIET should have cleared the 10+2 examination from a recognised institute in India.
Admissions will be provided based on the performance of the candidates in JEE Main examination.
It will be followed by a counselling session, in which students can decide their desired BTech course and confirm their admissions.
Students should then upload all the relevant documents and pay the course fees to conclude the CDLSIET registration process.

Academics
Admissions in the 1st year of B.Tech courses are done through the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). For students who want to take direct admission in the 2nd year, there is a LEET (Lateral Entry Entrance Test) option available.
Our college offers various branches such as Mechanical Engineering (ME), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Data Science (DS), Civil Engineering (CE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), and Food Technology (FT).
The college has good lab facilities for all departments.
The library of the college has around 12,000 books covering different subjects and topics.
The teachers at CDLSIET are well-qualified and supportive.
Each semester, there are three sessional exams conducted by the college. Out of these three, it is compulsory to attend at least two.
To be eligible for exams, students must have at least 75% attendance in classes. This rule ensures that students attend regular classes and stay updated with their syllabus.
College Infra
Infrastructure of our college Chaudhary Devi Lal State Institute of Engineering and Technology.
(CDLSIET), Sirsa, has a campus spread across 45 acres. The college has a peaceful environment and is located away from city, which is good for studying.
The main building of the college has 3 floors large and has classrooms, labs.There is also a separate building for the mechanical workshop, where mechanical engineering students do practical work. The campus has 7 Wi-Fi .
There are good lab facilities in the college for different engineering branches. The labs are used for practical sessions and experiments. The computer lab has around 20to30 computers for students..
The college also has hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The boys' hostel can accommodate around 395 students, while the girls' hostel has a capacity of about 225 students. Hostels provide basic facilities like food, beds, study tables, and clean bathrooms. Security and wardens are also present to maintain discipline .
Our college has the necessary infrastructure, some parts of it need renovation and improvement. The buildings are old and should be repaired and painted to give a better look and feel. Some classrooms and labs need better furniture and modern equipment to match current engineering needs.
Campus Life
Campus Life is great and I am spending great time with my friends.I am a Hosteler . Many students across India come here to study .This is mini India.

Various renowned organizations like, Byju’s, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, Ashok Leyland, Accenture, Tata Consultancy Service, Asahi India Glass Ltd, Black Diamond Chem, Nagarro Software Pvt Ltd, Cognizant, Escorts, Havells, etc come to recruited students from our college over the years.

For students who are looking for a good institute with low fees and decent facilities, CDLSIET is truly a value-for-money option.
For every odd semester (like 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th), the academic fee is only ₹24,600. For even semesters (like 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th), the fee is ₹15,600. This means a student pays less than ₹40,000 per year for tuition and academic facilities.
