College is good and the campus is beautiful, but the infrastructure not that great . College have big sports ground also . The college canteen is also good food is far better . There is WiFi in our college .
All the teachers are very sweet and kind . They understand us very well and the way of teaching is also very nice . They helps us also and they supported as well as every and teacher solve your problem
The college has an active placement cell called vriddhi which organise campus recruitment drives, career fairs . Over the past 40 leading companies have come to recruit directly from Daulat ram college .
I pay 32 thousand per year for my course . Yeah ! It’s worth it .
College life is better and amazing with good friends and teachers . You can do lots of thing in college and enhance your skills.
My experience at this college is very very average I don't like it here I haven't gotten much change to like explore everything even after 2 yrs bcoz there is not much to explore I don't like the complete
It's comparatively good to other colleges some teachers are good some are not that good like it's a mix and also the college is very like academic oriented and it focuses on assignment and all a lot .
It's average you don't get opportunities for all the domains like some are good only not all some companies are like not even legit they are fake and also like placements also are for only a few students
I don't think it's value for money as compared to other colleges who have very less fees the fees of daula ram college is very high bakio ke comparison mai but okay it's poor only I don't think 36000 justifies
Campus Life is not good it's okayish it's not like you get a lot of friends I don't really like the people there only a few people are there who are nice and good with whom u can enjoy campus Life ssp yes
i studied in Daulat Ram College . it has a positive and enriching environment. all the faculties were approachable and supporting. they were always ready to help students and help then in understanding concepts properly.
I had a great experience at my college. Everything was good and faculties were knowledgeable and supporting. for commerce courses Daulat Ram is a good choice. The college has a well equipped library .
Placement were there for B.com courses but for other courses there were very few good companies coming for hiring. even for my course economic hons few companies were there that too with very less vacancies.
They teach us in malnourished tute rooms with broken desks and fans. The Liibrary is well maintained atleast, however the collection is very limited and the furniture is also broken, it has AC and a barely functioning WiFi
The faculty for core subjects in economics is nice, there is prejudice against BAP students though, but they are good at teaching (75% of them anyways) The elective teachers are stingy and have a sour mood more often than not
Opportunities are aplenty but quality of them is down given the recent degrade to B+ by NAAC. WHich is stupid, the upgrade by NIRF to 26 was a huge bolster we had BoA and PwC, Nestle as soon as we got that upgrade, the college must fund the cell though, the cell needs to arrange its own funds which paints quite a stingy picture in front of all the HRs that visit and the Cell severly lacks basic resources like a printer and a PC
Impaying 36k, which is a lot in DU, compared to private institutes it is a big save, but barring the faculty nothing at this college deserves that high a fee, the student quality is mid, the societies although are good in quality but important socities like 180 D, TED and Enactus are not there
The college has decent classrooms with proper seating but some classrooms are not big enough. The library is useful and have fair collection of books, also there's wifi in the library. Overall the infra is decent but definitely can be improved. New routers are being installed all over the campus, which should improve the overall connectivity. A new building is also under construction which shows efforts toward better infrastructure
Academics here are manageable. Some teachers are genuinely good at explaining and make the classes engaging, while others stick to a vert old school style. Attendance rules are a bit strict, but overall you can get through fine if you stay consistent
I'm not very familiar with the placement stats, since i haven't personally experienced them, From what i've heard, there are some opportunities, but not consistently strong. Placement support could be better.
The fee here is more than other top du colleges, which make it feels less value for money. While the facilities and environment are decent, they don't really they don't really justify the higher. For some students the supportive atmosphere of a girls' college might feel worth it, but overall the return compared to the fee structure could be better
Campus life felt quite active in the beginning with events and activities happening almost every other day probably more focused on freshers. Recently things have slowed down are there aren't as many programs etc. Societies are there if you want to get involved, and the environment is safe and friendly, but overall the vibe depends upon how much you engage.
Being in a girls' college is actually fun in its own way, with a comfortable and supportive environment. The only downside is that the canteen feels too small for huge no. of students, so it often gets crowded. The location of the college is quite convenient and accessible, which makes daily travel easier. Also societies are quite welcoming if you want to join, and that adds to the overall experience
The infra is just fine.....not that good. Sometimes we don't have empty classrooms for extra classes and the corridor feels like a railway station...but chaotic. There are basic facilities available though.
The academics is good specially the faculty of my department. They believe in individual interactions which doesn't leave anyone feeling left out. We can always seek advice on any topic wheather academic or mental health. They are quite helpfull.
I don't know much about the placements but I think it's fine only. I think the highest was 22 lakhs per annum from Bsc. I might be wrong but yaa most of the courses of DU don't get placements. We all know that.
My course fee is around 30k per year and it's expensive if compared with other DU colleges but if we compare with other universities ig it's fine.
The OG north campus vibes. The area becomes chaotic during elections but otherwise it's pretty good. It is safe and I haven't heard of any obscene activities near the college. Another important thing is I have never felt this college is toxic may be it's bcz of the people I hang around with.
The college has excellent infrastructure with spacious, well-ventilated classrooms and projector facilities that make lectures more engaging and interactive. The laboratories are well-equipped, and the overall environment is clean and hygienic.
The professors are highly intellectual and possess deep knowledge in their respective subjects, making concepts easy to understand. Regular assignments, tests, and quizzes are also conducted, which further enhance learning.
I would not say there is one hundred percent placement, as it also depends on the course you are pursuing. However, with hard work, perseverance, and the backing of a renowned college, you can definitely go far.”
Not very immaculate infrastructure, passable, the washrooms are not so good and no Male washrooms so even more problems during fests, space issue , if one wishes to just sit around and study during Long gaps there's no such space to do so
My experience with Philosophy, English department professors was sooooooo good , highly professional and disciplined Psychology professors are very cool and amicable, though you might nit exactly get to study what you want due to lack of teachers.
Dunno much about this , and I guess that should be an answer in itself had it been more active one would know so yeah nothing much to say, though there were some workshops conducted by the cell but nothing that helped me
It's ok
It took me 3 years to finally accept and start liking it but there are many extraneous factors involved as well
Being around girls is nice, depends on your overall experiences at the end of the day
The college campus is well laid out fairly spacious green lawn and garden it has 6 computer lab 18 laboratories big sadhbhavna bhawan for cultural program the college has an audi room hostel facilities
Very large collections of books in library. teachers are very helpful in every semester. Large sports complex good number of laboratories many science labs computer labs research and practical facilities well equipped with instruments
Placement cell gives you opportunity to internship job opportunity companies come for students workshop or seminar on topic like cv resume building placement traning financial awareness opportunities
You are okay with hostel mess paying if needed. Your course is one of them demand potential you want a solid Du experience. But you compare with other they are more expensive
My journey overall very fantastic I feel very good campus life I enjoyed very much fest nd all very grate
Overall my experience is very good but not bad i hope your experience is also good I recommend to others to join drc group.
I would say the infrastructure, facilities and equipment are pretty well kept . Not too shabby , although sometimes there are problems with ac and fans ( not a very reacting issue ). WiFi in campus is only working in the library .
Professors are pretty helpful , faculty for philosophy and psychology are really good . Understanding teachers , but there are some you have to be on your toes for which is of course the same for every college . Academics is very up to date .
Quality of placements is pretty okay . Depends on your luck and your academic caliber . Not so sure about the specifics but there is a placement cell in the college which you can join to keep up to date .
Course per year was around 20.5 k and I would say it’s pretty reasonable with the faculty and the facilities provided, it’s a very decent college . Also the campus is always well kept and not dirty .
Campus is pretty good and clean with there being plenty of places to eat from too . There is one Nescafé stall and Amul stall apart from the main cafeteria . Also the cafeteria keeps being remodelled so that’s a plus point . Also behind the college there is a big stadium which is open for students to hang out and also do sport activities and such .
