The college has a student-friendly setup airy classrooms, greenery around, and a simple but hygienic canteen. The campus isn’t ultra-modern, but it provides all basic facilities needed for a comfortable learning experience.
Academics here are well-structured, especially in commerce and humanities. Teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. While some lectures can feel monotonous, most professors genuinely care about student growth and career planning.
The placement cell is active, organizing workshops and bringing recruiters, but the number of offers is limited. Students aiming for corporate jobs need to put in extra effort through networking and certifications.
The problem with this college is it's infrastructure.Lack of proper rooms, laboratory equipments ,etc. Many rooms don't have AC . Washroom is also not maintained properly at times. Many classes on second floor gets flooded with water during rainy season
The professors over here are really helpful and they explain stuffs really very well. The curriculum is updated according to the new NEP rules. All the study material and books are available in the library.
This campus has very good placement opportunities especially if you are a commerce student.Alot of renowned companies come and a special cell known as Placement cell is made to handle all these tasks.
Infrastructure is satisfactory with all the basic amenities like proper lab, good Library and seminar hall ,decent sports facilities for students ,and also clean campus and good learning environment.
Academics are decent with structured curriculum and supportive faculty, though more focus on practical exposure and outside experience would make learning more effective, academics are fair with classes and exam.
Not know much about it but college being in north campus provides good placement opportunities, the students has to be active and capable and try until they get one by putting up their resume and personality excellent.
As a student of Life sciences, I can assure you that here labs are well maintained and air conditioners are also there except of chemistry lab. In life sciences we study Botany, Zoology and Chemistry. The management here in labs is appreciated. Classrooms have fan and lights but we cannot say that infrastructure is so good if we take a look at the fees, they demand highest fees in Delhi University yet you may face infrastructure problems in theory classes. The old classroom's infrastructure is disturbed but there are new classrooms which have AC in them and they are really comfortable where one can study. Moreover, about the library, the library is also well maintained and a very comfortable place to study.
As a student of Life sciences, I personally never faced any issue in our labs and classrooms , but fir additional subjects we often visit old classrooms which are very uncomfortable and abandoned to sit. Half of college buildings are under construction. The seminar hall is also well maintained. But the sadbhawna bhawan seems a little too much old and there are less management in sadbhavna bhawan(SB).
I never got to know much about the placement facilities here but as far as I know. The college doesn't offer a guaranteed placement and even if anyone get the placement, it won't be as high. But here we got so many societies and cells from which we can enhance our skills.
The environment here is so excellent and I must say that every student excel in there field. the area where the college is situated is also one of the best areas in delhi and is well maintained
Daulat Ram college offers a functional and fairly well-maintained infrastructure for students. The classrooms are equipped with projectors, fans and in some cases air- conditioners. The canteen is spacious, hygienic and affordable.
Academics remain the strongest pillar of DRC. The faculty is highly qualified, approachable and known for their supportive teaching style. Many professors bring both knowledgeable and practical insights into the classroom.
Placements for the 2024 batch at Daulat Ram College were quite promising, especially for commerce and economics students. The college's placement cell is active and consistently invite reputed companies to campus. It gave students good career exposure.
Best.
My experience at Daulat Ram College has been a mix of ups and downs, but overall quite memorable because of the amazing friends I’ve made here. The campus is decent but not perfect. Drinking water facilities work about 50% of the time, and the canteen food isn’t tasty, though the space itself is fine to sit and chill with friends. Security is around 70%, which feels okay but could be better.e
Faculty is definitely one of the stronger points of the college. Around 80% of the teachers are genuinely good, supportive, and make classes worthwhile.,..................................... ...........
Placements aren’t the highlight here, and the admin side is quite weak. Processes are not well managed, which sometimes makes opportunities harder to access.,............................................
Fees feel on the higher side compared to the facilities provided. With the admin being inefficient and services lacking, it often feels overcharged.
This is where the real fun is! Traveling is easy, and there are plenty of PGs and hostels around the college, which adds convenience. Most importantly, I’ve made some amazing friends here, and they’ve turned even the average facilities into a great experience. College life feels enjoyable because of the memories we’re creating together.
It's worth it if you make it ✨????
No, my college doesn’t have good infrastructure. During the rainy season, the roof leaks and our classrooms often get flooded. The bathrooms are very unhygienic — I even got an infection once. The college hasn’t maintained anything at all.
I’m doing B.Sc. Physics (Hons), and I chose it only because this is what I got. Some of the teaching staff are very rude, while others are really good. And yes, our curriculum does get updated. I don’t think I’ll get a job anywhere after completing B.Sc. Physics.
I don't have any idea regarding the placement at my college. I have not heard anyone speaking about the salary they have been offered or what package. But I feel after bsc there are very less job in this field.
My course costs ₹36,000 per semester. No, I don’t feel that I’m getting my money’s worth. The college looks good from the outside, but from the inside it’s really bad. Our department classrooms are very small.
Compared to other colleges, we don’t have any campus space at all. Our college is so small that it feels like it ends as soon as you enter. I guess there’s a playground in the college where other students play games like kho-kho, etc. Some teachers are good, but some are very egoistic. But the non-teaching staff at my department is very kind.
No
The college infrastructure is decent in a few classrooms, but most are in poor condition. Many rooms lack AC and have uncomfortable seating. Drinking water facilities are also inadequate, making it inconvenient for students, especially during summers.
The quality of teaching varies by teacher, but in the commerce department, most are knowledgeable and supportive. Classes are engaging, and concepts are explained well, making learning effective and interesting overall.
I’m not fully aware of the detailed placement process yet, but the placement cell here is very active and supportive. From what I’ve heard, last year many students got placed in reputed companies with impressive offers, decent packages, and promising roles.
It’s kind of okayish in terms of value for money. The fees are on the higher side, and considering the facilities provided, it doesn’t completely feel justified, though some opportunities make up for it.
College life here is lively with good connectivity to other North Campus colleges. Students can easily participate in inter-college events, fests, and communities, making the experience vibrant and socially engaging.
our college has the necessary infrastructure to support academic and extracurricular activities. however, its aesthetics, washrooms, sports facilities and auditorium could be improved. wifi isnt there
across all courses i have studied so far, the faculty has consistently proven its expertise, delivering strong academic and personal guidance in a professional way. the college is good for science courses
placements have a scope for improvement. regular seminars on alumni connect and cv making is helpful. they could be strengthened to provide better opportunities for students. improvement is required in terms of companies and the number of companies (quality and quantity)
its probably more than all du colleges. again, can be a bit better
90% of faculty ive met is pretty good
College infrastructure is not so good and not so bad, some classes have even got AC and labs are newly constructed with new computer technologies plus library infrastructure is also good. Overall the infrastructure gives us the hint of long history of this college. WiFi connection is available at some places like conference Hall or library. Hostel is very good in comparison to other colleges, it is clean and hygienic.
I am studying Bcom Hons in this college and this course has very experienced facilities which not only teaches about the course but also give life advices. Some teachers are literally like your friend and very cooperative in any society work. The teachers follow all the curriculum guidelines and make sure that we get all the recent information. Also they help us with the study material for exams
Placements are average in this college. But you can expect more improvements in coming years as more and more companies are collaborating with out colleges and placement cell makes sure that our resume is according to the industry requirements. Both placements and internships comes for diverse fields which help all the different course students.
My course is bit costly than the other colleges. We don't know the reason for that yet but hopefully it goes into benefits of students in future. Since this college is situated in North campus, I feel it is worth the money as you get connectivity to all other colleges
Talking about North campus life, it is fun. From competitions to fests you can attend anything in different colleges. Additionally you get connected to different college students by living in North campus. The rent and food is quite affordable and has wide variety of shops and cafes to hop around.. However it is not that clean as we say about South Delhi.

Hello,
In general, percentage cutoff will be 60%-75%. for top and recognized college and universities it will be above 80 to 95%.
for current year, cutoff may not follow previous year trends as it will also depend on how students has performed in current year. There will be some changes as the normal flow of process got stopped.
as of now, colleges are closed till july 31st. You can look for updates in the official webpage of the college in which you are interested.
Hope it helps!
