DAV Institute of Engineering and Technology, Palamu provides four Bachelor of Technology courses. For DAV IET Palamu admissions, candidates are required to appear for the JEE Mains or an entrance exam conducted by the Government of Jharkhand. Admissions to the various DAV IET Palamu courses are made on the basis of the merit obtained in the entrance examination. The admission process involves the release of the merit list, choice filling and counselling. Also candidates have to meet the prerequisites for the course which they wish to pursue and have to follow the complete admission process.

DAV IET Palamu B.Tech Admission Process

• Prospective students must fill out the online application form available on the institute's website.
• The application fee must be paid online using any of the payment modes accepted by the institute.
• After submitting the application form, prospective applicants must submit the required documents, such as Mark Sheets and Certificates of the qualifying examinations, Class 10+12 as well as other relevant documents.
• Candidates must appear for the JEE Mains or entrance tests conducted by the institute. 
• After the entrance tests, the applicants will be called for counselling, where the seats will be allotted to them based on their performance in the entrance test.
