The infrastructure is average. The campus building is old but maintained decently. Classrooms are functional with basic amenities. The library is one of the best parts. Labs for the science students are good. However, the canteen and washroom need improvement.

Deshbandhu college maintains a strong academic culture. Most departments especially commerce, political science, Botany, and chemistry have experienced faculty members who teach with depth. Internal assessment are taken seriously. If you're sincere, you'll gain solid subject knowledge here.

Placement cell is functional but not even strong. Only a few companies visit for the roles like sales, marketing and other basic finance. Core placements for science and commerce are limited and most students go fir further studies like M.com, MBA, or government exams.

My overall experience from this college is nice. Solid academics and basic facilities. Teachers are also good in behave and having high level of knowledge about the subjects the teach us and they also have much experience of teaching.

the infrastructure in not really good, the washrooms are not very well maintained, though the classrooms are big and spacious, ground is big enough,sports like volleyball etc , but some parts of the building might not be in very good condition.

regular tests are taken, assignments, curriculum is also updated, teachers are very supportive abd provide the required resources , various socities are present to suit the diverse interest of the students too

placements are average, placemnt cell is not very much active, average package is around 4lpa, some times the offers ,may go occasionally high, around 10-20 percent of the students get placed thus the cell is not very active

fees of the last year was around 22k, which ius quite fair as per the facilties provided and the roi is also fairly high, as compared to other private colleges, great value is there for education and campus culture

its an off campus college, thus the college is not a part of the north or the siuth campus which might be a negative point for the students, but because for its close proximity to various hangout spots like nehru place, kalkaji it is not a bad choice at all

Deshbandhu College has a satisfactory infrastructure for B.Sc students. The classrooms are plain but large, and the library has an adequate number of reference books, and e-materials. Wi-Fi facility is available in the college

Curriculum is recent and according to the University of Delhi guidelines, so that the students are provided with knowledge pertaining to the academia and research fields. Semester exams are moderate in intensity, and the pass percentage is approximately 85-90%.

Only 10-15% of B.Sc students get placements, but that is during off-campus placements or by themselves. Pure science stream students are not preferred by the companies coming to the campus; they prefer commerce or professional stream students.

Placements in our College are average. Students receive placements in companies with reasonable packages, The placement cell is also there, conducts job fairs and internship programs which helps students alot to get opportunities but major companies big rarely visit the campus.

As it is a government college the fees is relatively low compared to private colleges.

College life at Deshbandhu College is good There are various cultural societies, sports events, and fests held every year that keep the students entertained. College has great student population, and activities such as debates, music, and drama which makes Campus life more amazing

Facilities provided by the colleges are all AC classrooms are available. Wi-Fi is readily available around the campus. The college does provide any canteen facilities,There is an entirely separate library building that has good coverage of books. Medical facilities consist of first aid boxes, etc.

Teachers are helpful and well-qualified and experienced in the field of knowledge in their teaching subjects. The teaching qualities are good . The course curriculum is relevant to the practice Teachers regularly provide question banks and the semester exams.

The placements have really great in the past few years, specifically for this department. The highest package offered was 15 LPA. companies offer the lowest package was 5 LPA on the basis of skills and capabilities. 60% of students get placed every year in this course.

the infrastructure of our college is decent. we had classrooms for various departments and the classrooms were big enough to hold a good number of students. we had wifi enabled in our campus which worked well. we had well equipped labs, sports facilities and libraries which a good collection of books. the living spaces were also well maintained.

the academics of our college are excellent with good focus on teaching across all departments. i pursued b.a hons english and our faculty was highly experienced and informative. the curriculum covered a large range of literatures including both classic and modern. however, the education was confined only to theoretical lines and the exposure was limited.

the placement opportunities are moderate. it has more focus on students from science and commerce background while opportunities for arts students are very limited. the placement rate is low and the highest package was around 7-8 lpa while the average salary varied between 3 to 4 lpa. the college should conduct more placement runs and workshops to improve the employbility.

There are labs but not all computers are working. Games/sports equipments are mostly unavailable for non-sports students but there is gymnasium. No hostel facility. Classrooms have fans not ac. Ground not too big not too small. Library is really good. Biggest library in DU, very spacious, big seating area and number of books, magazines and newspapers. Wifi available at some places but doesn't work very well. Spaces, pretty clean. Food..not good.

Studying BA to prepare for higher studies. Quality of teaching is average. For science and hons students it's good but in arts can be sometimes very irresponsible(not all of them). Curriculum's updated but for no good(in my course). Studying what's in the syllabus and curriculum isn't going to leave me prepared for job/entrance exam or even enough knowledge about my own degree whatsoever. Have to completely rely on self-study for future.

Don't really have good idea about placements here but There is an active placement cell in the college. And they also provide students with internship opportunities to prepare them for professional life.

There are quite a lot of activities going on in college all around the year. There are number and variety of societies to be a part of- as per interest . Quite peaceful environment never witnessed or even heard of any bullying scenes in 2 years. Feels safe even in evenings. Location is good, there are metro stations and bus stops nearby.
