I am studying BA honours history because I am interesting to understand the India's past, society ,culture and historical developments. The history department provide a good academic environment and the teacher are knowledgeable and supportive. The course help the student to develop analytical, research and writing skills. It is particularly useful for the student preparing for UPSC and other competitive exam.

For BA Hons history student direct campus placement are comparatively limited because history is mainly an academic and research oriented subject. the college has an official placement cell (CYFLE) that provide information about job, internships and career opportunities.

Deshbandhu College offered a good value of money because it is a University of Delhi college and provides access to experienced the faculty ,library facilities ,sports , societies and other academic resources at a affordable fee. Mcom curriculum is fairly detailed and theory oriented with focus on research and Commerce concepts. Faculty members are experienced, quite cooperative during dissertion and project work classes have been regularly. Doubts are clear nicely environment pushes you to study on your own to which actually helps for net and further studies.

The campus has a nice student friendly feel and the Library is probably the biggest place for me because it has plenty of material for regular studies. Classrooms and computer facilities are decent to some areas could be definitely use better maintenance, but overall I found the basic facilities, comfortable enough for college life.

I like the way the course gives a proper base in accounting finance and business subjects. Most teachers are approachable, and whenever I had doubt, they were willing to explain things again. Classes can sometimes feel theory heavy for students need to put in some extra effort to learn practical skills alongside the syllabus.

Placements are okay, but I would not depend completely on college for getting a job. internship opportunities and recruitment activities do come up, but the number of opportunities can vary in my opinion building a strong CV learning useful tools and applying outside campus Make a big difference.

For the overall fees and the kind of exposure available under the university, I feel the College of our decent value. You get access to experience teachers are useful, Library societies and different activities without paying the kind of fees charged by many Private colleges.

This is one area where college can be really enjoyable. There are different societies, events and fest. So students who actually participate can meet a lot of people and build a good circle. The atmosphere is quite lively and seniors can also be helpful when you get involved.

My overall experience has been positive. It is not a college where everything is perfect, especially when it comes to placements but the academics, affordability, Delhi University environment and student activities. Make it a worthwhile choice for someone who is ready to make their own opportunities.

College campus was good Faculty was a way kind and they were friendly with the students they treat us as their own children..Hostel was not alloted that was difficulty to the students to reach on time cause of distance

Professor's were kind and they made study simple then ever..I studied Bachelor on arts in History and that was honours Yes they help us among our studies and gave us notes as per need and were very friendly with us..

No placement. there was no placement system in the history subject. There we were studying in the history subject but not a placement subject because it is research subject not a placement one. There is no option of placement cell in this college.
