Dr Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies, Bangalore Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoff & Application Form

Students can apply for admission into Dr Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies, Bangalore through the Bengaluru City University. The admission process at the university is centralised. Students can apply for any course of their choice, if they meet the eligibility criteria. The eligibility differs from course to course. • The admissions for the centralised UG programmes begins with inviting applicants to apply for admissions. A notification in this regard is released on the official website of the University, bcu.ac.in.

• The candidates who wish to apply for admission have to apply through the UUCMS online portal, uucms.karnataka.gov.in/Login/Index only.

• Candidates can apply for more than 1 programme by selecting those programmes in the online application.

• The application fee of ₹500 (₹250 for reserved category) is payable through online mode only via payment link provided on the UUCMS platform.

• The hard copies of the filled in online application along with the photocopies of relevant documents shall be submitted separately to the respective departments for which the candidate seeks admission. • Only applications submitted through UUCMS portal will be considered for the selection of candidates for admission.

• A merit list will be prepared by the university itself and shall be displayed on the website. 

• After the declaration of the merit list the candidates are to report to the respective colleges with the documents, on the date mentioned in the notification issued by the University, and complete the admission formalities.

• For the MBA course an entrance examination is taken into consideration for providing admissions to the students. The accepted entrance examination is Karnataka PGCET, conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA)
