Mayo Institute Of Medical Sciences (MIMS), Barabanki has the facilities of residential, and recreational. It also has infrastructure facilities, which include lecture theatres, demonstration rooms, laboratories and a computer lab. The details of these facilities are given below:

Lecture theatre: The theatre is equipped with modern technology. It has audio-visual training aids i.e. PA system, computer, LCD projector, white screen, green board etc. & provision for e-class.

Demonstration room: The demonstration rooms are equipped with audio-visual training aids i.e. PA system, computer, LCD projector, white screen, green board etc. & provision for e-class.

Residential Facility: MIMS has residential hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostel is equipped with facilities, which help students to have a hassle-free life. Sports and recreational activities are arranged at the hostel. The hostel rooms are available in single, double and triple sharing with and without attached bathrooms, and with or without air-conditioners. Each room is provided with a bed, a mattress or air-conditioned rooms in Hostel, a study table, a chair, a wardrobe ceiling fan, a tube light and curtains. The hostels have been provided with elevators for easy access. The other facilities including laundry, stationery kiosk and multi-utility kiosk are available in the Institute campus for the benefit of students. Each hostel block has a reading room and gets a regular supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines. The Campus is connected with Wi-Fi and internet facilities and has a satellite cable television.

Recreational facilities: MIMS has indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Indoor games like carrom, table tennis, and chess are available in the hostel. The college has a well-furnished football field and cricket fields. The institute organizes annual sports every year in which students of all disciplines take part.

Practical Laboratory: The college has a well-equipped laboratory. It provides extensive and contemporary facilities for science teaching and research.  

Computer lab: The computer centre of the college maintains and manages campus networking and internet facilities. It provides both wired and WiFi connectivity to students and staff. The centre is equipped with the latest system/application software, operating system and various utility software. All students & staff are allowed to access the Internet for academic and research purposes.

Hospital: MIMS has its own hospital of 300 beds. It has separate beds for casualty, trauma, pre-operative and post-operative and various intensive care units.

Medical Facilities: MIMS provides free medical facilities to the students and staff. An Ambulance of Mayo Hospital is available round the clock and students can avail of multi-speciality treatment, including tests and procedures at Mayo Hospital.
