Candidates should pass 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry subjects. In order to be eligible, a candidate should secure a non-zero score in either JEEE Main or MHT CET. The B.Tech programs available at DYPCET Kolhapur include Computer Science and Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.

M.Tech: The college offers Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering for the Master's degree, with each program having an intake of 18 seats. Admissions to M.Tech programs are primarily based on GATE scores. Candidates must possess B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in the relevant field to be eligible for M.Tech programs.
