A Candidate must be passed in 10+2 with 55% or more marks in the aggregate of 3 subjects -physics, chemistry and Biology, and one compulsory language(I,e English)with 50% from a recognized educational board.
College infrastructure is average not much advance but not to say soo poor it lies in intermediate . Some of departments are well equiped in infra eg, New science block comperis of zoology,Botany,computer science,life science. Physics,chemistry like departments are in average condition as it is in old building. But some of departments are in pathetic condition like sanskrit, philosophy, like classes are in basement of the college or in store room also. College has a large playground and canteen.
