"I am currently pursuing a BA Programme with a combination of HRM (Human Resource Management) and Economics. I chose this course because it offers a unique blend of management skills and economic theories, which are essential for a career in the corporate sector. The academic experience at my college is exceptional, primarily due to the faculty. The teaching staff is the best part of this institution; they are highly knowledgeable and very professional in their approach. The lectures are well-structured and highly interactive. Instead of just following the books, the professors ensure that every topic is explained in a way that is easy to understand. The interaction between students and faculty is excellent, and the teachers are always approachable for solving doubts or discussing career prospects. The syllabus is comprehensive and updated, covering all the necessary aspects of both HRM and Economics. Although we lack modern tools like smart boards, the faculty’s ability to explain complex concepts through traditional methods is commendable. Their dedication makes the learning process enjoyable, and I feel that the quality of education here is preparing me well for my future goals."

College Infra

"The college infrastructure is a mix of modern architecture and outdated facilities. While the building is newly constructed and looks impressive from the outside, it lacks the essential modern amenities inside. In the classrooms, instead of smart boards or digital teaching aids, we still use traditional chalk and blackboards, which feels outdated for a new building. The laboratory equipment is also of low quality and needs to be upgraded to meet current standards. One of the biggest drawbacks is the Wi-Fi connectivity; it is practically non-existent and doesn't work at all. To support students' academic needs, the management should install at least 3 to 4 Wi-Fi routers on every floor. Regarding living facilities, the college does not provide a hostel. Lastly, the canteen food is a major concern. Although the kitchen might look clean, the food hygiene is very poor. I have personally suffered from stomach pain and food poisoning multiple times after eating there, so I would strongly advise caution regarding the canteen food."

Placements

Placements are not at all good, they arrange an annual fair for placement once in a year but that doesn't benefitt much as far as i've seen. The recruit very less students and with an average salary package that doesn't satisfy the work and their conditions."My BA Programme (HRM + Economics) is definitely Value for Money. Dyal Singh has an amazing group of faculty members that are all cooperative and hekpful wit students. They provide with you study material and help you understand the concepts clearly and in the best way for future.

College Infra

Dyal singh has an average infrastructure with with some old and new buildings that are still in progress. It has a clean environment with majorly most of the facilities provided in the campus like wifi, library, etc.

Placements

Our college conducts annual fair for placements in which students can apply for many companies that come in thus fair with amazing opportunities and many students also get placement with good salary package.

Dyal Singh, overall is a good college with a great facult.

BA Punjabi and History - Batch of 2028-01-01

Academics

Dyal Singh has such a good faculty despite of an average architecture. The professors are so helpful and teach so good both in english and hindi that help to learn concepts clearly with better understanding.

College Infra

College infrastructure is not good, it's like an old college, with old buildings. It has all equipments but not with new technology that would fascinate the students. It doesn't have smart board yet wifi but with low speed.

Placements

It do not have good placement opportunities as far as i've been here i've seen an annual fair of placement once in every year. Many students get jobs in this fair but they should provide more opportunities more times in a year.
