Era’s Lucknow Medical College and Hospital offers admission to diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate courses. ELMC admissions are offered to students in the branch of General Medicine and Surgery, General Surgery, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Otolaryngology, Ophthalmology, Microbiology and Virology, Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine, Community Medicine and Public Health, Anesthesiology and others.
Candidates willing to take admission to an undergraduate course (MBBS) at Era’s Lucknow Medical College and Hospital must qualify for the NEET-UG, participate in the NEET counselling and will be considered for ELMC admissions. For postgraduate courses, admission to ELMCH will be based on candidates' performance in NEET PG and participation in the NEET PG counselling.

The ELMCH MBBS course is for 4 years and 6 months and is followed by a one-year compulsory rotatory internship.
