Admission in FMS is based on the CAT score that one bags. The academics surely have a weightage but its the final cumulative score that matters the most. Thel break up of weightage is for 2018-20 is:

CAT score- 60%

10th marks- 5%

12th marks- 5%

PI-15%

GD- 10%

FMS Delhi does not accept CMAT score it takes the admission through CAT Entrance exam. based on your CMAT score you can apply the colleges like Alliance School of Business, Bangalore, ITS Institute of Management, Greater Noida, Dehradun Institute of Technology, Dehradun etc. You can also check your other chances
