The college is well equipped with latest technology and smart boards in each class. They also have a seminar hall they recently remodelled so it's quite good now. Only thing is, campus is a bit smaller than other campus.
I come from BCom. background and I love the relevance of the course content. My course is a little more on the technical side as compared to a general MBA but I like it cz data is the future. I'd suggest you to keep data specialisation too.
A neutral review because I have'nt really been through the placement process so far. My seniors have told me that the numbers on the website are pretty much accurate and seeing the placement scenario I believe it's true.
The college is offering pretty average infrastructure nothing too extravagant. Their seminar hall has a pretty low capacity and the college does not have space to expand it. The classrooms are nice and comfy.
Again, pretty average academics. I know people in other business schools across India and abroad and they have much more experiential learning as a part of their curriculum. My course specifically is a lot more gravitated towards technology.
I mean- it's not looking good to be honest. To be completely honest, the companies visiting campus are not good and the good ones aren't hiring a lot of candidates. So kinda like a loose-loose situation so far
College infra is good. They have 2 libraries, a canteen and one rooftop place to chill around. Winters ke liye it's quite good to sit on the rooftop and work in sunlight. The classrooms are also good.
I like the finance courses a lot. The faculty is quite nice. I did not know that there would be python and other coding in the course so it took me some time to learn it. Otherwise the course is quite good.
The placement team is good. Student driven and every student has access to directly talk to them or the placement head directly if anything seems to be the problem. Companies in finance are good and good packages.
Good Functional classrooms. All classrooms have Acs and Smart boards. Some classrooms also have Systems which is usually where labs are held or classes for BDA are held. Overall modern infrastructure.
New curriculum they have since this year for Big Data Analytics which is very hands on and informative. I come from Commerce background and yet they made it easier. This course has some coding too in Python.
I am in 1st year so I have not been a part of placements so far, only SIP. SIP has been good so far, process has not started much. I have finance and BDA so I am looking for Financial analyst placements.
The infrastructure of the campus, classrooms is modern and well-equipped. We have advanced tech facilities, a well-stocked library, and a comfortable campus. The environment is the right level of competitive.
The course outline is good. A little different (good different) from website as they changed it up this year. Nonetheless, it's an interesting course that is challenging, in a good way. I am from economics background so it is intriguing for me.
I am in 1st year so I have only experience with Summer Internship Placements. The college offers great support in placements and also intimates if there are any other good external opportunities available.
I live in hostels, the hostels are good, quite spacious. We have an auditorium in campus where we have seminars and other events. We have 2 libraries on campus, one is the regular library and other one is E-library.
Could be better. The curriculum is no doubt good, but sometimes it feels too theoretical. The knowledge provided is also good, but could be better. Some subjects have good impact on resume so they are important.
I have only sat for summer internships so far so I'll give that experience. Companies visiting campus have been good so far, good roles in marketing, sales and finance HR etc. I am analytics student so good analytics roles too.
The infrastructure is good. The Campus is split into 3-4 blocks and a separate block is there as well for FPM students. There is no ground in campus, but they have spaces for playing badminton and other sports like Table tennis. The classes are well maintained
The curriculum is designed in a very hands-on approach way. Every professor focuses on providing examples and are very welcoming to solve your doubts as many times as it is needed. They have changed the curriculum a bit this year.
The batch size increased this year a little bit so it could be a con. But the overall placements and packages reflected on websites are actually true and not inflated. Also good companies coming on campus.
The college has well maintained classrooms equipped with latest technology. The campus has a major auditorium and a few smaller auditoriums as well. Their is a canteen in campus and various other affordable options right outside campus.
The focus is on providing more practical exposure and use real world examples. The conversations with faculties are 2 sided that aid in providing great exposure to practical techniques. The case studies that are provided are of high quality.
Great companies visit campus each year and ample opportunities are provided by the campus. They also help with placement preparation which makes the process quite easier. Overall the placements so far have been satisfactory.
FSM has a good infrastructure. The campus is spread over 1 acre of land and is located in the Qutab industrial area, Hauz Khas. There are two canteens and there are spacious classrooms. There are two canteens with proper food facilities. The campus has three halls for various meetings.
The teachers are really helpful and provide excellent knowledge to the students. The faculty is one of the strongest assets. The school has a large pool of core faculty and experts. Many former IIM faculty members with high academic credentials are part of this.
For internship, CORIZO hired me for 10k per month. This company is blacklisted in many places still because the college had to get placements for 400+ students they invite the company to recruit every year. The best part is the umbrella placement of FORE competition, 150+ companies visit the campus and the highest package offered is by a Dubai based company which is of 70 LPA. If you never failed in any semester, you will get placed 100%. Currently I am happily pursuing a job after college.
The infrastructure of the college consist of two buildings with 5 floors each, with two rooms for classes on each floor, per building. There are toilets for both male and female on each floor and have separate faculty washrooms. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Also there are separate washrooms for boys and girls.
Teachers at fore come from diverse background and almost all are Ph.D. holders. They come from premium institutions and carry vast corporate experience in their domains. Course curriculum is very relevant as per the current trend and is mostly driven by live projects. It also makes students industry ready. The course curriculum is designed to make the students ready for the corporate environment across India and worldwide.
There are 100% placements from all the batches, i.e., Future Managers Group, International Managers Group and Financial Managers. The highest salary offered in the year 2019 was 31 LPA, and the average salary was 10.8 LPA. The job roles offered are in a variety of fields. The lowest package was 8 Lacs rupees per annum.
I wanted to opt for international business along with marketing.
Hence you get a dual specialisation degree.
The alumni network of FSM is also very distinguished, which provides great exposure to students to the corporate cultures.
Yes!! Fore School of Management in Delhi is a very good B-school. It is located in South Delhi and is very famous for MBA or PGDM courses. The average package of this college is also very good around 11-13 LPA. Academics, faculty and infrastructure is also nice.I would rate it 4
Assuming you are a General Category Aspirant, at 97-99 percentile being from a Non Engineering Background you do stand a chance to secure a Call from one of the Top MBA Institutes like IIM or FMS Delhi, however with an satisfactory to average academic record, I believe you may loose
