GITAM has separate hostel facilities for boys in the campuses. All the rooms of the hostels are well equipped and provided with internet facility. Most modern and mechanized kitchens in hostels provide hygienic food and potable water. The hostels are also provided with recreation and indoor game facilities. Saddharma Sadan & Shanti Sadan provide accommodation for nearly 700 boys.

Students are encouraged to participate in sports and cultural programmes.

GITAM has six auditoria with seating capacity of about 3000. These auditoria are used for organizing National & International Seminars / Conferences/ Workshops, Guest Lectures of national and international repute, Campus placements, Student Tech-Festivals, Students' meets, Alumni meet, Parents meets, Cultural programmes, etc.

The stature of the GITAM Institute of Management rests on three strong foundations: its heritage, its core values, and its people-the students, faculty, staff, parents, and alumni who are continually shaping and re-shaping the institution. This report focuses on the Institute's engagement with a critically important branch of its family: the alumni. Alumni relations are maintained through Alumni Association comprising Alumni Chair Person Prof. K. Ashok and Alumni Coordinator Dr. T. Venkateswarlu. There are 5158 registered alumni. We estimate that between 20 and 30 percent are reliably accessible by e-mail. Alumni of GITAM Institute of Management (previously also known as College of Management studies) are located in different parts of the country like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru etc. Some of our alumni are located in different parts of the world like USA, UK, Germany, Dubai etc.
