GIMS Greater Noida PGDM Admission Process

• Candidates need to meet the required eligibility criteria.

• The shortlisting of the application forms shall be done on the basis of parameters that primarily include consistency of academic record, versatility of academic records and relevant work experience for the programme (if any).

• Applicants shortlisted are invited for the GIMS Aptitude Test (GAT), which is a 45-minute test on the pattern of the CAT exam for Management PG Aspirants. The candidates are exempted from GAT in case they have appeared in any of these exams (CMAT/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT). 

• The students who have a qualifying score of GAT, CMAT/ CAT/ XAT/ MAT, or NMAT would be invited for Group Discussion on the campus or virtually. The topic of discussion will be provided by a panelist/s. The scoring parameters upon taking the Group Discussion the students will be provided a chance to appear in a Personal Interview. The GD panel will comprise a minimum of two evaluators. The aspirants also have to write an essay of 500 - 700 words on the topic of GD.

• All the students sharing their VRs will also be invited to the personal interview process. The PIs to be conducted by the interview panel/ individually as per the need. The panel consists of 2 panelists at least. The PI can be conducted in online or offline mode as per the circumstances.

• The final selection of the student will be done based on merit.
