• Candidates interested in B.Tech admission in Odisha need to appear in JEE Main and participate in OJEE counselling. 

• Government College of Engineering Kalahandi admissions are based on JEE Main.

• Further, shortlisted candidates should register for OJEE counselling. In counselling, they have to give first preference to the Government College of Engineering Kalahandi.

• First, candidates have to register for the entrance exam- OJEE PG.

• Candidates need to fill out the application form by using their credentials and entering the required details, such as academic and personal details.

• Then, they have to upload the scanned images of the required documents in a format prescribed by the authorities.

• Candidates need to appear for the OJEE PG entrance examination.

• Further, candidates with valid GATE scores need not appear for OJEE PG.

• Counselling is conducted based on the ranking in the entrance examination. In counselling, they have to give first preference to the Government College of Engineering, Kalahandi.

• The merit list is then prepared based on the candidate's weightage to percentile score in OJEE PG, college preferences, and choice locking.

•  After seat allotment, candidates have to get the documents verified and pay the course fees.

• Original certificate in support of the outlying Oriya speaking tract (OL) and certificate issued by OJEE concerning the Oriya test conducted by OJEE
