Government Polytechnic Khagaria offers admissions to its diploma courses through the entrance examination conducted by the BCECE board. Candidates who will appear for the DCECE exam will be eligible for the GP Khagaria admissions. Candidates are not required to apply separately at Government Polytechnic Khagaria, they can directly apply for BCECE and participate in the BCECE counselling process.      

Candidates who meet the cutoff of GP Khagaria will be given admission subject to fulfilling all the conditions specified by the admission authorities.

GP Khagaria Application Process

• Visit the official website of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in
• Click on the "Apply for DCECE [PE/ PPE/ PM/ PMD]" button from the home page.
• Read the information brochure or important instructions carefully before filling out the application form.
• Register yourself by providing a valid email ID and mobile number. You will receive a registration ID and password on the registered contact.
• Log in to the application portal using the provided ID and password.
• Fill in your personal details, communication details, educational qualifications, and other required information in the application form.
• Upload scanned copies of your passport-sized photograph and signature as per the specified format and size.
• Pay the requisite application fee online through any of the available payment modes.
• Preview your application form and ensure that all the details are correctly filled in and the uploaded documents are of the correct format and size.
• Submit the application form and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

GP Khagaria offers diploma programmes with various specialisations in full-time mode. Also, the GP Khagaria diploma admissions are offered for a duration of three years.

• Check the eligibility criteria for the desired course on the official website of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB).

• Obtain the application form by registering and filling in the required details on the official website.
• Submit the filled application form along with the necessary documents and payment of the application fee.
• Download the admit card/hall ticket from the website before the exam.
• Take the entrance examination as per the scheduled date and time.
• After the release of the results, check the official website for the merit list and counselling schedule.
• Attend the counselling session as per the given date and time, along with the required documents for verification.
• Choose the preferred college and course during the counselling process based on the availability of seats and your ranking.
• Pay the admission fee and complete the formalities to secure admission in the allocated college.
• Attend the orientation program, if any, and commence the classes as per the institute's schedule.
