• Application form filling and submission: Complete the JEEP application form with the required details and documentation. Submit the filled form either to the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education or to any Government polytechnic college located in Uttarakhand.

• Admit card: Candidates receive an entry card for the JEEP entrance exam which can be downloaded from the official website. 

• Exam results: After the examination, the results are declared and made available on ubter.in. 

• Counselling: Qualified candidates need to appear for the counselling sessions. During this session, candidates need to choose their desired branch and college. 

• College Allocation: After the counselling process, candidates are allocated a college based on their choice and availability of seats.

• Admission: Upon receiving  college allocation, candidates need to report to the allocated college and complete the admission process to secure their seat in the chosen branch.
