Academics
Academics is good as you need to study by your own. The teachers are highly qualified but they put less effort in teaching. The exams are also on monthly basis which provide opportunity to improve if something goes wrong.
College Infra
The faculty of the college is good. The overall atmosphere is great. Infrastructure and arrangements can be better. The best thing is the stevenson stadium which provides great opportunity to play sports.
Campus Life
The campus life is not that good as there is nothing except the stevenson stadium. People are not allowed to go out daily and to leave the campus premises you have to take permission form the warden and get a form sign which becomes kind of boring.
Placements
The placement cadre of our university is quite poor as the companies are not treated rightly so they do not come the next time the skills of the students are also not tested. The companies that come gets intervened with professor egos
Value For Money
It is definitely good for value of money as the yearly fees is 1 lakh including everything which includes games facilities computing facilities library facilities and gym facilities along with hostel food and other things.

College Infra
College of technology infrastructure typically includes spacious classrooms and we'll equipped labs for efficient learning. The university library is rich in books , journal etc providing a accomfortable study space
Campus Life
Outstanding, full of memories and learnings.
Placements
Placement is quite satisfactory with around 70% of students getting placed ( it may vaties across different programs ) . The median salary for btech students is around 6 LPA . Major recruiter include Mahindra, TCS, John Deere , CNH .

Academics
All the faculty members at IITK are well qualified in their fields of interest, knowledgeable, and quite humble in nature. They are always ready to help students in our collage . The course curriculum is completely relevant from an industry point of view. Exams are hard for students who can study for almost 15 days seriously before the exam. Pass percentage is nearly 95-96%.
College Infra
The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. World-class labs and air-conditioned classrooms are available. Our college has one of the most largest libraries in India. Food is very excellent. Hostels are old but very well-equipped with sports and entertainment facilities. 24*7 on-call free hospital facilities are available. World-class sports facilities, like wooden basketball courts and Olympic size swimming pool, are available.
Placements
IIT Kanpur is one of the top engineering colleges across India, and it is known for its extremely excellent placements. In 2020, in spite of the COVID pandemic, the highest domestic salary package offered was more than that of the previous year. The highest international salary package offered is 1.47 crores per annum. Overall, placements in our college are very excellent

i got 220314 rank in jee mains 2026 which branches i can get in gbpuat
With a JEE Main 2026 rank of 220,314, you have a good chance of getting branches like Agricultural Engineering or Industrial and Production Engineering at GBPUAT, Pantnagar. However, getting top branches like CSE might be difficult with this rank unless you have a specific reserved category or Uttarakhand domicile.
