The college provides First Aid facility and Medical Assistance to the staff members and the students during the time of medical emergency.

The college has a Gym which is equipped with all the modern exercise equipment and machines. 

GPERI Mehsana has a Library which has a rich collection of Books, National and International Journals, Newspapers and extensive range of high quality electronic resources. Some of the facilities of the college Library include Circulation section, Reading Room which has a seating capacity of approximately 110 people, 10 internet enabled multimedia PCs, Reprography services such as Printing and Photocopy. The college Library has an Organisational Membership of British Library Ahmedabad which provides a wide range of UK based resources.

Gujarat Power Engineering and Research Institute, Mehsana provides various indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities to the students in the college campus. 

All the Classrooms Gujarat Power Engineering and Research Institute, Mehsana are equipped with Projectors. The college has a Computer Centre which has 60 workstations with windows operating system and latest configurations. Each system is connected with the high speed internet connectivity and is equipped with all the basic softwares.

Gujarat Power Engineering and Research Institute has an Auditorium which has a seating capacity of approximately 300 people. All the Conferences, Workshops, Seminars and Orientation programmes take place in the Auditorium.

The college has a number of Workshops to provide training and exposure to the students to carry out their Research Work. The Workshop section includes Welding Shop, Fitting Shop, Machine Shop, Computer Aided Design Centre, Computer Aided Manufacturing Centre and various other shops.
