HCE Sonepat Admission Process
Hindu College of Engineering, Sonipat, known to everyone as HCE Station, has an extremely beautiful past in imparting undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes in the engineering and technology field. The college began functioning and is now being proffered admission procedures laid down and governed by the Haryana State Technical Education Society. The admission procedure of HCE Sonepat is framed to bring in meritorious students based upon their performance in national-level entrance examinations. The Hindu College of Engineering admission policy is linked to its academic calendar, i.e., most programmes start around August - September. Admission to all undergraduate programmes is based on the merits obtained by candidates in the JEE Main.

For entry into the B.Tech in the Hindu College of Engineering, candidates should have passed their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Hindu College of Engineering B.Tech Admission Process
HCE Sonipat offers five programmes in B. Tech for an intake of 270 seats. Hindu College of Engineering M.Tech Admission Process
The college is imparting three M. Tech programmes: Computer Science and Engineering (24 seats), Power Systems (18 seats), and Electronics and Communication Engineering (9 seats). Although the Hindu College of Engineering admission is mainly based on GATE scores, marks obtained in the qualifying examination may also be considered. The academics at hindu college of engineering for cse are good , but not outstanding. The faculty is experienced and teaches well, covering key concepts and topics. However the curriculum could be more updated and industry relevant. Assignments and exams are regular but more focus on practical learning and projects would be beneficial. some subjects feel theortical and more emphasis on coding skills and software development would be helpful. The academics provides a solid foundation in cse, but coule be improved to make students more industry ready.

The infrastructure at hindu college of engineering is decent but needs improvement. Classrooms are spacious and well maintained but laboratories and equipement could be more modern. The computer labs have sufficient machines, but software and internet connectivity could be better.
