As per the NIRF Ranking 2025, IBS Hyderabad has been ranked 46th in Management category.
Infrastructure is good, sprawling campus, natural ambience, contemporary classrooms, and sport centres. Gym facilities, Wifi, etc are available from what we have heard from our seniors. Living spaces are clean and food seems to be hygienic.
Online mode of teaching is prevalent owing to the on-going pandemic. Quality of teaching is good enough. Case-based learnings, holistic methodology, and frequent interactive sessions are incorporated here.
Placements are optimal (ours has not yet started) so not much clear understanding of what or how they go about. College seems to be supportive I beleive. Constant reminders via sis and emails are generated owing to these issues.
Course fees could be lowered considering the fact that we haven't stepped into the campus yet. On an average you might be spending 14-18 lakhs or more depending whether you are able to go to the campus or not.
Good social life, club activities, and building up connections. You would understand the nitty gritties of campus life once you interact with your batchmates and your seniors. It's all about how you learn to cope up in an environment filled with different perspectives.
Won't say it's worth it, but you can consider it as a good enough option if you get to explore this program post pandemic in the campus. Overall, it's a good place to learn more about how the corporate world essentially works.
yes our do have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment, regarding the facilities we are provided with wifi in all the classrooms and the classrooms, libraries are well maintained.
I'm currently pursuing my Master of business administration. coming to the quality of teaching it's higher than a person would expect. Yes, our curriculum is up to date and includes all the recent developments in this field.
I would say the placement for this year is okay-ish around 98% of students were placed this time where the highest package was around 12lkh and it was offered to marketing. the average salary was around 6lkh.
Yes, my college provides all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. The classrooms are AC and projectors fitted which makes us easy to understand the concept. The hostels and the mess are hygienic.
I am pursuing MBA from IBS, Hyderabad. The curriculum is good but still I feel it lacks a lot of technological education. I feel there is a lack of practical knowledge required for a MBA graduate. In all, teaching is average.
Placements were pretty good till last year. But post covid the scenario has changed. A lot of companies didn't come for placements and the rest that came lowered their packages. Average placement still remains good but ROI is a total waste.
The cost of my 2 year program is around 18 Lacs. Which I don't feel is adequate to the quality of education that we are getting. We as MBA graduates require on field experience, practical knowledge which we cant get because of the online scenario.
My college campus is very big and beautiful. It has all the facilities inside the campus only. It is a little outside the city, which makes it a little difficult to get the transportation but the around environment is so full of greenery.
This is one of the best college in the state and infrastructure wise also it is among the top colleges in the state. we have all the basics facilities in the colleges and that whats makes every one join this college.
taking about acadamics, this college is very famous for business studies. apart from business studes we have all the major subjescts and all the lecturesa are also very supportive and motivating for all of us.
thiss has one of the best placments in the recent years. we have studiesnt working in dubai and they have completed there college from this very college. for all those people who are into business studies as well.
College infrastructure is really good and they have nice hostel facilities and mess facilities inside the campus and they really take care all your basic needs and everything is avaliable inside the campus.
Academic wise college is good. It depends on your dedication and how you take the responsibilities during your 2 year program. Faculties and staff members are really supportive and decisions taken regarding any this is very fair.
Placements are not so good, placement department won't do proper research and reach out to HR's due to which the whole process gets canceled after multiple rounds of interviews. Companies who visit are mostly startups.
Okay
Good
Placements are bit problem , everything else is good.
Separate Academic area and playground for students. Large auditorium where several conference and fest are organised. Administration is strict in discipline. Campus is clean and well-sanitised as Covid-19 pandemic is considered.
Professors are doctorate in varied fields with practically rich experience in the subject content. Teachers are friendly. Help in projects and guide in shaping the knowledge with the subject content. Make candidate industry ready.
Most private companies from IT, FMCG, Power Sector, Finance Sector(Banks, NBFC, etc.) come for placement in the campus. Huge alumni family that help us in building skills to get the placement opportunity.
Cost of money is achieved by the teaching form professor.
Jouvial campus life with friends for varied fields and culture from all parts of India.
Outstanding
The best thing about IBS Hyderabad is undoubtedly its campus. The college campus comprises of the Academics building, separate hostel blocks for girls and boys, 2 mess buildings, 2 cafeterias, playgrounds, swimming pool, ATM and the list goes on. The entire campus is very well maintained and kept clean all the time. The food is both the mess and cafeterias are hygienic and worth every penny. Also, every lecture theatre has smart interactive boards for the faculties to explain every topic better.
I have just completed my MBA in Marketing specialization from IBS Hyderabad and I can proudly say that the faculties are highly qualified and co-operative. The quality of teaching is top-notch and the best part is that the students are given the opportunity to choose their preferred faculty for the electives they choose in the final year. Plus, the curriculum is regularly updated and emphasis is given to Case-based learning and practical approach is adopted for the better understanding of topics
IBS Hyderabad has always maintained a commendable placement record. Every year almost 85%-90% students of the MBA batch are placed in the top rated companies. The highest package can go up to a whopping 40Lakhs per annum and the average package is around 6-7 Lakhs per annum. My experience of college placements has been extremely smooth where the placement cell manages to help the students in every way possible.
The entire cost of the MBA course is 14 Lakhs for the academics and it goes up to around 18 Lakhs along with the hostel, books and mess facilities for 2 years. In my opinion, ROI of the course will depend upon the way you utilise the opportunities provided by the college. There are plenty of opportunities to excel here like the internships and placement drives. Now it depends on the student as to how he/she makes proper use of them and get their desired job or accomplish their goals at the end.
Campus life in IBS Hyderabad is something that every student misses the most as soon as they graduate from here. The clubs, the communities, events, fests, festivals and random jamming sessions in the nooks and corners of the campus are to die for. Although the campus is situated outside the city, you would still find the best life inside and around the campus. Make sure that you do not miss out on grabbing the Pizza Paratha at Shivani Dhaba outside the main gate of IBS Hyderabad.
The campus is in 99 Acer's and with all facilities . Classrooms are efficiently made and labs facility also we have huge library . Every student has an individual room and mess food is made in taking review of students interest .
Courses are modified as per the industrial requirements . They did a lag industry exposure as we're more into theory however the internship did provide a chance to experience the industry knowledge and skills.
In my college for campus placement eligible in for the second year student pursuing MBA degree . Almost there is 100 percent placement. All the students get job offer from their dream company Also many students get pre placement offer.
College fee is feasible . My college don't have high fees like other MBA colleges . Fees for MBA program is 14.4 lacks for entire course and 6 lack for executive MBA program . My college give better return on investment .
The campus is well equipped for a strength of 800 students . For sports the ground are large enough however there is no separate room to keep the sports equipment . Our college also organised sports events as well as cultural fest.
The need for having an edge on the professional font was the mere thought behind opting for this MBA course . Also the college environment is best and all teaching and non teaching staff is supportive .
Yes it has all the facilities and equipment of whatever you need , u name it ! Best infrastructure in Hyderabad. The classrooms are very spacious and air conditioned , neat and classly , comfortable chairs . There's good wifi in clg.
I'm studying BBA and thinking to do my masters in IBS too. Great faculty with PhD and full length knowledge about their subject. Experienced and skilled faculty. With we get to learn so much about the subject. I'm a science student and a lot of teachers helped in the first year to pull me into commerce stream.
I don't exactly know about the placements. But according to me it's the knowledge that the college provides not the guarantee about placements. It totally depends on the individual and their personal skills. For developing those IBS helps you the most.
According to the facilities and the faculties etc. What I feel is the fee is a little more to some middle class people, many people come to IBS for knowledge but return back due to fee payment issues .
Everyone will have the best college life at IBS , it's not that strict by the rules but not that ignorant too. It sets limits which seem pretty normal to students and the faculty. It's safe , peaceful with all the tress and greenery around you. And can handle emergencies.
Spacious campus with highly updated and semi-automatic facilities ranging from library to cafeteria to conference rooms to sports room to celebration lounges. High tech equipped A/C classrooms, with a separate guest lecture room. A well-spaced and highly updated campus.
One of the best part. Teachers with minimum one doctorate degree to a maximum of four doctorate degrees, with industry experience of minimum 10 years. Highly cooperative faculty group with young professors being alumni of IITs and IIMs.
Depends on your hard work. Top rankers with strong domain knowledge usually bag an average of 12-13 LPA in reputed companies to a highest package being 30 LPA to 1-2 premium students. Normal category or average candidates bag around 7-9 LPA average package.
If you are a good student who can sustain rigorous routine with 360 development activities as a part of your curriculum ROI will be 75% but for a =n average student it is usually from 25-45 %.
A place to definitely study because it provides you with diverse activities ranging from art culture corporate ethics to entrepreneurship along with having rigorous 360-degree development curriculum. In short, it is Yukti, Sukti, Mukti - Knowledge, Discipline and Freedom.
If you are hardworking student with good domain knowledge and work experience then choosing this college would be one of your effective decisions.
