The College has separate hostel accommodation for Boys, particularly for outside students who are available nearer to the college. Intending students shall inquire in advance from the Superintendent of the respective hostels regarding the availability of accommodation either in the 1st year or the Subsequent year and prepare accordingly. A student may be permitted, on the application in the prescribed form during the beginning of each academic year, to get Admission in the Respective Hostels with his/her parents' or Local Guardian’s Names. Each student admitted to complete the admission in any of the hostels (i.e., Boys) has to select a local guardian who may be contacted in time of Emergency.

The College has 24-hour medical services provided on campus with the help of a well-equipped dispensary. Medical assistance is given by well-experienced doctors around the clock. The dispensary has its Vehicle to handle emergency cases.

The College  library is the lifeblood of every institution and shoulders a great responsibility in harnessing the utilization of the information. IDEAL SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING has a library that functions as an excellent source of knowledge center for students to pursue their academic and training interests. The Library is bestowed with a delightfully peaceful ambiance, which is a paradise where study becomes a pleasure. Several new and old authors' books are present in the library which would boost the students and help them in gaining adequate knowledge for their stream. The Library is also been installed with a Computer Desktop where students can use those desktops and surf the Internet for their Projects and Seminar reports as well as for their Knowledge regarding their notes and subjects. Everyday Newspaper (English & Oriya) is available inside the library which would help the students to connect with the latest happenings inside & outside the world helping them become stronger towards the current happenings of the world

The College Sports are very important for developing a healthy and strong body. Sports play a great role in improving and maintaining health and fitness, improving mental skills and concentration levels. the annual sports day is celebrated every year with much pomp and Enthusiasm. On this occasion, the building and surroundings are nicely decorated with flowers, colored papers, and balloons. Many highly qualified and esteemed Guests arrive at the function as CHIEF GUEST. Generally, a month of preparation precedes the day. A month before the event, all the students of the Institute actively take part and are divided into groups and assigned different job roles to make the Function a better program. The students took part in various games. The main items of sports were high jump, long jump, shot put, javelin throw, various races, and disk throwing. The participating students display their abilities through these sports. Some team events were also organized like Kabaddi, football, volleyball, and tug of war. The events closed with a prize-giving ceremony. The chief guest gives the prizes to the winner. It’s a day of great joy for all of us.

The College  provides a canteen facility to cater to students' culinary needs. The canteen serves sumptuous meals and beverages to all students throughout the day. Each week is periodically examined by our concerned canteen authorities on the Hygiene of the foods served to the students.

The College has a full-fledged transport service. We provide bus services for students and staff from Bhubaneswar, hostels, and other nearby areas. Students need to apply with the help of a form (Available on the College Office premises) to avail of the Bus facility. The form needs to be applied at the start of every semester to the Transport In-charge.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The College has a various club activities where students can join, It plays an important role in creating environmental awareness amongst the future generation. The Institute has an Eco-club, which performs activities to save the environment, like planting trees and organizing poster competitions on various environmental issues. Eco club is a platform on which we get the knowledge about the environment. The meaning of an eco club is a group that works to contribute to improving environmental conditions. They offer programs and activities to encourage others to reduce pollution, plant trees, and more. A green club can thus help to extend the boundaries and scope of the formal educational system encouraging creativity and improving students' constructive action

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The College Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of the graduating students of the college.
