It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination

In neet 2019 , 471 marks for general category was the lowest marks for getting a govt quota seat in Private Medical College, under MP State quota and it was for Amaltas

I'm sorry to say, there is no chance to get admission in any government college in Telangana with this marks. You should have 563 to 633 marks to get admission in a government college in Telangana All India Quota.
