I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot get admission in any medical college without Neet examination be it Madurai Medical college or any other Medical College

This is because,

Neet examination has been mandatory to qualify  for following courses

*Medical i.e MBBS

*Dental i.e BDS

you will get internship in sms hospital only if you do mbbs from that college.
