If you want to take admission in delhi medical Colleges then aim for rank less than 500 for general category other state there are for state quota rank around 5k can even work.

If you want to pursue MSc in Medical microbiology , you can do BSC in any stream of Science ie botany, zoology, chemistry ,physiology,  or BSc in microbiology with 55% marks ( 50% for SC/St) from any recognized University. Most colleges offer msc in medical microbiology in various
