Well no matter which category you belong to, if you want to take benefits of that category then you will have present your documents supporting your category and then only you will be allowed to attend counseling with that category.

500+ NEET score doesn't assure you MBBS admission . Actually MBBS admission is done on the basis of NEET rank . Marks vary year by year and to be honest with a 500+ NEET score there is no chance of getting MBBS seat in all India quota
