Low vision and blindness upto 40% is allowed under PWD quota. According to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, if the range of low vision is less than or equal to 40%, then you can avail PWD quota. But if the range is beyond 40%, you will not be eligible for PWD

Unfortunately you are not eligible for NEET. The new MCI guidelines state that people with visual,hearing impairments of equal to or less than 40% will not be eligible for undergraduate medical education. Do not worry there are various other career opportunities. All the best!
