Well as far as I know then there are no such entrance exams that are being conducted for doctors to get job in Bihar. If there is a vacancy then the student can apply andd if got selected then can practice in that particular hospital of allotment.

Well for general category and physically handicapped student, the cut off goes pretty low and you can expect to get a seat very easily. A score of around  400+ would be enough to get a seat but still try to aim higher for certain chances and for surety.
