On the basis of previous year cutoffs, it will be very tough to secure a government seat for MBBS in your category at this score. Even it will be difficult to get government seat in dental colleges also at this score. But you can try for private medical

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks

In 2021 neet exam, cut off had gone above expectations, minimum Mark's needed to qualify for NEET this year 138 for general.
Dear you should try for Private management mbbs seats in other private colleges too.
