In NEET 2020 lowest cut off marks in maharashtra state counseling for SC category in govt MBBS college was Air 106288 and 477 marks in GMC, Nandurbar.

So if we compare your expected marks and last year cut off then you are on borderline according to your mark

Your expected marks is too low to get govt  BAMS college in both state or AIQ counseling in your category.

Mbbs govt college cut off will be 600+ marks in up state counseling in NEET 2021.

For BAMS last year cut off for obc category was 538 marks

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
