    Despite having SC category reservation under State Quota or All India Quota, it will be tough for you to get government medical colleges by scoring 400 in NEET 2020, based on previous years' trends.

    Nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out. Cut offs and ranks vary every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students and the number of seats available.

    If we go through 2019 cut-offs under 85% state quota, then chances for GMC with 450 marks seems tough, belonging to general category, however you may have chances for government seats in  private medical colleges such as Ayaan Institute of Medical Sciences, you can go through previous year state

    If infrastructure is not your main concern, then surely SMMH medical university Saharanpur is better choice... Here u get good faculty, better exposure to patients and a better City to live in. Poor infrastructure may bother you sometimes but then it feels normal.

    Great college with good academics and infrastructure

    Buildings are well infrastructured. The classrooms as well are well managed.Good seating capacity in Lecture halls and seminar halls for events Departments are well structured having rooms with Air conditioner.

    Those were the golden days of my life.
