If we go through last year cut-offs for SC Category under 85% state quota, then 495 marks secured a seat in Shaheed Hassan Khan Mewati Government Medical College and Hospital, Nalhar hence your chances for GMC seem tough, though you may have chances in the following private colleges-

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

First of all congrats sir. And you will get seat in Bangalore Medical College as the cutoff score of previous year was 567. As you have a good score that is 654, you can get seat in the Bangalore Medical College.
