1. 147 marks(50 percentile) for Gen Category

2. 129 Marks(44 percentile) for Gen PH Category

3. 113 Marks(40 percentile for OBC/SC/ST Category

But to get a good private college you need to obtain 350 marks in NEET.

If we go through last year cut-offs for SC Category under 85% state quota, then 495 marks secured a seat in Shaheed Hassan Khan Mewati Government Medical College and Hospital, Nalhar hence your chances for GMC seem tough, though you may have chances in the following private colleges-

If we go through last year cut-offs then 457 marks secured a seat in Autonomous Medical College, ,Bahraich as this year NEET paper was tough, hence if the cut-offs decrease then you may have chances regarding this, cut-offs varies every year based on various factors such as seat matrix,

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
