From your profile it seems you belong to Telangana, you haven't mentioned your category, hence presuming it to be general, if we go through 2019 cut-offs under 85% state quota then you may have chances in GMC Nalgonda/Suryapet etc, you also have chances for government seat in Kamineni Institute

There are very good chances of getting sharda University in NEET 2021 at this marks. Last year cut off for this college was 448 marks. This year neet questions paper was little bit tough so there are chances of drop in neet cut off.
