Paramedical means those courses are under medical terminology but not directly in doctor position. Like physiotherapy, lab technician, cardiac technology etc. And NEET is the national eligibility cum entrance test for admission in medical colleges in all over the India. NEET examination is not mandatory for paramedical course admission.
